Defective Products: If you receive a C'Lorice Beauty product that is defective or not functioning properly, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the product and confirm the defect, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Compatibility Issues: If you experience compatibility issues with a C'Lorice Beauty product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue and provide guidance on how to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund or send you a replacement product, depending on your preference.

Warranty: All C'Lorice Beauty products come with a one-year limited warranty. If you experience any technical issues with a product within the warranty period, please contact us. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement. If the product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.

Refunds: If you are not satisfied with a C'Lorice Beauty product for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the product in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling fees).
