Return Policy

Damaged Products:

  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact C'Lorice Beauty customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Take pictures of the damaged product and packaging and send them to customer service.

  • Provide your order number and the name of the damaged item.

  • C'Lorice Beauty will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged item and will send a replacement product to you as soon as possible.

Used Products:

  • C'Lorice Beauty does not accept returns for used products unless there is a quality issue with the product.

  • If you believe there is a quality issue with the product, please contact C'Lorice Beauty customer service within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and the name of the product, along with an explanation of the issue.

  • C'Lorice Beauty will provide instructions for returning the product and will either issue a refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference.

Unused Products:

  • If you decide that you no longer want an unused product, you may return it to C'Lorice Beauty within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.

  • Contact C'Lorice Beauty customer service to initiate the return process.

  • Provide your order number and the name of the product you wish to return.

  • C'Lorice Beauty will provide you with instructions for returning the product.

  • Once the returned product is received and verified to be in unused condition, C'Lorice Beauty will issue a refund to your original form of payment, excluding shipping fees.

Incorrect Purchases:

  • If you receive an incorrect product, please contact C'Lorice Beauty customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and the name of the incorrect product.

  • C'Lorice Beauty will provide you with instructions for returning the incorrect product and will send the correct product to you as soon as possible.

  • If the correct product is no longer available, C'Lorice Beauty will issue a refund to your original form of payment, including shipping fees.

General Notes:

  • All returns must be shipped back to C'Lorice Beauty in their original packaging, with any accessories or free gifts included.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a quality issue or incorrect product sent by C'Lorice Beauty.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned product.

  • C'Lorice Beauty reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria
