Packing Order & Shipping Agreement
1. Purpose
This Packing Order & Shipping Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for the packing, handling, and shipping of products sold by C’ Lorice Beauty LLC ("Company"). This agreement ensures quality control, delivery efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
2. Packing Standards
2.1 All products will be packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
2.2 Packaging materials will be eco-friendly, where possible, while ensuring product safety.
2.3 Orders will include a packing slip with product details and order confirmation.
2.4 Fragile items will be wrapped with protective material, and liquid products will have spill-proof seals.
3. Order Processing & Fulfillment
3.1 Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment.
3.2 Custom orders, or bulk purchases may require additional processing time, which will be communicated to the customer.
3.3 Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Methods & Carriers
4.1 C’ Lorice Beauty LLC ships via reputable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
4.2 Customers can select from standard, expedited, or overnight shipping options at checkout.
4.3 International shipping is available and subject to customs regulations and additional fees.
5. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
5.1 Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
5.2 Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. C’ Lorice Beauty LLC or any affiliates is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5.3 Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders and shipping locations.
6. Delivery Timeframes & Delays
6.1 Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and carrier processing times.
6.2 C’ Lorice Beauty LLC is not responsible for carrier-related delays, including weather conditions, labor strikes, or customs processing.
6.3 Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.
7. Returns & Damages
7.1 If a product arrives damaged, customers must notify C’ Lorice Beauty LLC within 5 business days of delivery.
7.2 Customers must provide photo evidence of damaged items to qualify for a replacement or refund.
7.3 Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Customers may be responsible for returning shipping costs.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
8.1 C’ Lorice Beauty LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Customers must contact the carrier directly for assistance.
8.2 If a package is lost in transit, C’ Lorice Beauty LLC will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and may offer a replacement or store credit at its discretion.
9. Agreement Modifications
9.1 C’ Lorice Beauty LLC reserves the right to update this agreement at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes that may impact on their orders.
By placing an order with C’ Lorice Beauty LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Packing Order & Shipping Agreement.
