 C'Lorice Beauty LLC Use of Likeness Policy

At C'Lorice Beauty LLC, we value the integrity and trust of our customers, influencers, brand ambassadors, and event attendees. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for the use of individuals' likeness (photos, videos, testimonials, reviews) in connection with our skincare products and skincare technology. By participating in any of our campaigns, events, or collaborations, you agree to the terms of this policy.

 

 

1. General Consent

 

By participating in any photo, video, or written review related to C'Lorice Beauty's skincare products or technology, you grant C'Lorice Beauty LLC and its affiliates the non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from your likeness (including photos, videos, and reviews). This consent applies worldwide and includes all forms of media, whether now known or later developed.

 

2. Scope of Use

 

  • Photos and Videos: C'Lorice Beauty may use photos and videos taken during product demonstrations, events, and collaborations for promotional materials, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, online ads, print ads, product packaging, and digital marketing with out cost to us or partners and affiliates.

 

  • Testimonials and Reviews: If you submit a testimonial or product review, you consent to C'Lorice Beauty using your comments along with your likeness in all forms of promotional materials without cost to us, partners or affiliates. 

 

3. Consent for Specific Groups

 

3.1. Influencers and Brand Ambassadors 

In addition to the general consent, influencers and brand ambassadors agree to the following:

 

  • Content Creation: Any photos, videos, or written content created in collaboration with C'Lorice Beauty for promotional purposes will be co-owned by both parties, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

  • Exclusivity: Influencers and brand ambassadors may be subject to exclusivity clauses if agreed upon, restricting the promotion of competing skincare products or technologies during the period of collaboration.

  • Tagging and Credits: C'Lorice Beauty agrees to provide appropriate credits (such as tagging on social media) when using influencer or brand ambassador content, where applicable and feasible.

 

 

 

 

3.2. Event Attendees

By attending C'Lorice Beauty-sponsored events, attendees consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional use. If an attendee wishes to opt out, they must notify event organizers in advance or upon arrival to be excluded from all official event media coverage.

 

4. Right to Modify or Withdraw Consent

Individuals may withdraw or modify their consent by submitting a written request to C'Lorice Beauty LLC's legal department within seven (7) business days. C'Lorice Beauty will make every effort to cease further use of the individual's likeness in future marketing materials but is not required to retract previously published materials.

 

5. Additional Provisions

 

  • Minors: If the individual featured is a minor (under 18 years of age), written consent must be obtained from a parent or legal guardian prior to any use of their likeness.

 

  • Compensation: Unless otherwise agreed in a formal contract, individuals will not be compensated for the use of their likeness. Compensation terms for influencers, brand ambassadors, or any other collaborators will be outlined in separate agreements.

 

  • Opting Out: Any individual who wishes not to be featured in C'Lorice Beauty media must inform C'Lorice Beauty in writing or opt out of media involvement when applicable (e.g., by declining to participate in photos or videos).

 

  • Duration: The consent granted under this policy is perpetual unless revoked as outlined above.

 

6. Legal Rights and Responsibilities

 

C'Lorice Beauty reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Notice of any changes will be made available on our official website and sent to relevant parties via email. If you have any questions or concerns about the use of your likeness, please contact us at legal@cloricebeauty.com.

 

Acknowledgment 

By participating in C'Lorice Beauty events, collaborations, or by providing a testimonial/review, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Use of Likeness Policy and agree to its terms.
